Dr Paul Aldrich, DBA, MBA, BA, MCIPD, FHEA, PCert in Coaching
Managing Partner
Dr Paul Aldrich provides organisations with talent management consulting and, executive and career coaching. In addition to consulting and coaching for organisations Paul coaches individuals from a career and life perspective and supports teenagers as they seek to maximise their academic and extra-curricular performance.
He has over 25 years talent management experience covering banking, asset and wealth management, insurance and professional services across EMEA, APAC and the US. He started his career at Price Waterhouse in London and worked for the Chase Manhattan Bank in London and Hong Kong.
Paul was awarded a doctorate in business from Durham University which focused on talent portfolio/people risk management and the role and influence of human resource management. He also has an MBA from Durham where he is a Visiting Fellow at the Business School and is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Roehampton’s Business School.
Paul is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, member of the Guild of HR Professionals, has completed the British Psychological Society’s qualifications to deliver occupational psychometric tests and is also accredited to deliver the NEO, Saville Wave, Firo-B, Myers Briggs and Hogan instruments for people selection and development.
He is undertaking an MSc in Coaching and Behaviour Change at Henley Business School, has been awarded their Professional Certificate in Coaching, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Paul has trained with Mind to support the management of mental health in the workplace, with Brief on solution focused coaching and he also uses cognitive behavioural coaching in his practice.
Paul is a Level 3 qualified Master Personal Trainer which combines physical training with advice on nutrition. He is an Academic Guidance Tutor and qualified counsellor for Childline. Paul has been widowed, re married and shared parenting for four children including pre-school, prep-school, day school, boarding school and university years.
