A potential client may wish to book an initial 90 minute session and from this the coach and coachee can agree whether further sessions would be useful and if so whether they should be 6×90 minute or 9×60 minute sessions. This will depend on the coachee’s availability. The choice of office-based, video, telephone based or mixed coaching will also be discussed.
